Lyricsfly.com - A simplified site that lets you search for the lyrics and then you can print them out, email or correct them. Will also use AOL Music and SeeqPod to locate MP3s for you to listen to.

LyricsMode.com - A growing database of song lyrics compiled by site users. Also allows you to write out what you think the meaning of a song may be and can be accessed from mobile devices.

LyricsMuse.com - By giving them your Last.fm user name, no password needed, Lyrics Muse tracks your listened to songs and lets you easily see the lyrics that they retrieve from LyricWiki.

LyricsOnCall.com - Has lyrics for over 2.5 million songs by 50,000 artists. Well organized, but no other real features to speak of.

LyricWiki.org - A lyrics database set up on the familiar MediaWiki platform for easy adding and editing of entries.

MetroLyrics.com - Has lyrics from over 2 million songs and plugins for iTunes & Winamp to let you see the lyrics of the song currently playing.

MP3Realm.org - This site focuses more on searching for actual MP3s, but does have a search for over 800,000 lyrics.
